I am pleased to welcome all members of the Virtual University of California for Science and Technology, wishing them continued success and prosperity.

We firmly believe that scientific research is the primary driver of progress and innovation, and that graduate programs represent a fundamental pillar in building intellectually and professionally qualified competencies capable of keeping pace with the developments of the era and addressing future challenges.

We strive to provide an academic and research environment that fosters creativity, nurtures talents, and enhances the spirit of entrepreneurship and excellence. Additionally, we aim to strengthen scientific partnerships, both locally and internationally, contributing to enriching knowledge production.
